I accept self-pay via credit or with debit card, health savings account card, and cashapp. I also accept some limited insurance.

Rates:

Initial Intake: 90-120 Minutes ($225.00)

60 minutes appointments ($175.00)

 

I offer limited and temporary sliding fee slots ($125.00)

INSURANCE:

For those interested in using their insurance, please first check with your insurance plan about behavioral health benefits.  I am only able to work with insurance plans through my participation with Headway (https://headway.co/).  Please visit their website to determine if I am able to accept your insurance. 

 

If we are able to work together using your insurance, you would only be responsible for whatever co-pay or deductible your plan requires which will be determined by Headway. I do not set these rates; your insurance provider and headway have negotiated that copay amount.  Any questions related to those rates should be addressed to Headway.

If I cannot accept your insurance AND if your insurance plan has Out-of-Network (OON) benefits, I can work with you and provide you documentation to use your OON benefits through your insurance. This means that you would be responsible for paying for your sessions with me directly and your OON benefits, would then reimburse for a percentage or all those payments or in some instances you can have these payments applied towards your deductible.  Please check with your insurance company to see if you have any Out-of-Network (OON) benefits and what it will reimburse you.  I can provide the necessary documentation (i.e., Superbill) that you can then use to submit with your claim.
